Olympic and World Champions at Brighton Marathon Saucony Seminars

An exciting range of speakers is set to appear at the Saucony Seminars with Olympic and World medallists and London Marathon winners ready to share their expertise.

The Saucony Seminar programme is part of the free-to-enter Running and Healthy Lifestyle Exhibition at the Brighton Centre on Saturday 9 April from 10am.

Olympic medallists Sally Gunnell, Steve Cram, David Hemery, Liz McColgan and Charlie Spedding headline a dream team of former greats that includes London Marathon stars Hugh Jones and Eamonn Martin as well as top administrator, Ed Warner, Chairman of UK Athletics.

“This is a quality line-up of unparalleled expertise on everything to do with Marathon running,” said Brighton Marathon Course and Logistics Director Tom Naylor. “From nutrition to training tips, the Saucony Seminars will be a fantastic opportunity to receive a range of expert advice from athletes who have achieved the highest accolades in sport.”

The Running and Healthy Lifestyle Exhibition signals the start of a whole weekend of non-stop activity based around the Brighton Marathon that concludes with an After-Race Party at the Brighton Centre featuring Alice Russell. Tickets are on sale now from the Brighton Marathon website
