The Saucony ShoeLab is our digital video studio which helps us provide market leading gait analysis to help you decide which style of shoe is for you. Our trained staff are on the road in Saucony vans every working day either training staff in our network of specialist stores or actually helping you, the runner find which of our range of shoes is the best option as your new training partner.

At a Saucony ShoeLab, you can ask any questions you like about footwear and running in general. If you're looking for a new pair of running shoes, you can have a full digital video gait analysis with our expert who will then recommend a category of shoe that best for you, and you'll then get to choose from two or three styles which they recommend.

All you need to take part is about thirty minutes of your time. It also helps if you bring your running socks and even your old shoes. Don't worry if they're really old,smelly or worn out (or all three), we'll have seen worse and we'll be able to tell lots from the condition they're in.
